Amirah is always searching out new bakes to eat. She calls it “research” but she called it that before she even started Evering Cake!
She loves to travel and gets itchy feet if she's in one place for too long.
When she does go away, an entire list of bakeries to visit goes along with her.
Her recent trip to LA saw her obsessing over Corn Flake cookies which she has now perfected her own recipe for.
